Both our venues are not presently licensed for civil ceremonies or partnerships, however the pontoon and willow archway on the lake (Chalkney Water Meadows) and the woodland (Teybrook Orchard) make for perfect settings for a humanist blessing.

A 20% non~refundable and non transferable deposit is required at the time of booking as confirmation.  The balance is to be paid in instalments, with the remaining balance paid in full at least ten weeks before your booked date. 

We offer two options for the clear up; for £360 the site can be left for us to tidy and clear. Alternatively, for no additional charge we ask that the whole site is left as it was found. This includes removal of all decorations (including those hanging in trees) and any other bits and bobs! Please don’t forget those dreaded discarded cigarette butts! We provide a large general waste and glass bin and all rubbish must be disposed of appropriately. 

We ask for a £500 damage deposit to be paid before your event. This is returned in full provided there is no damage to any of our property. No naked flames or smoking is allowed in the Tipi’s or the Bell tents. Please only use natural petal or biodegradable confetti. 

We encourage you to go mad with decorations but please respect the natural surroundings so as to not cause any damage to the property.

We do allow acoustic live music during the afternoon. Amplified music in the evening must be played through our own special sound system. It is really important that all music arrangements are discussed with us before any commitment is made. Amplified music needs to be switched off at 11pm. Guests staying on site should then make their way to the camping area with other guests quietly vacating the premises by 12:00am. Please keep all noise to a respectable level!!

We have a range of recommended suppliers to suit all. If you intend to use your own caterers and music entertainment suppliers, who have not been to the venue before, it may be necessary for them to make a site visit well in advance of your event, at an additional charge of £30.

Please keep a close eye on all young guests!!!

Whilst we would like you to have lots of fun please remember that you are responsible for your guests safety and behaviour. If alcohol is to be served please ensure that no minors drink.

Glamping accommodation is provided in our luxury bell tents. We offer a bridal suite for the bride and groom, a family tent (sleeps 3-5) and a couples tent (sleeps 1-2). For those less keen on camping we have a secluded log cabin overlooking a lake just a 3 minute walk from the venue. There is also plenty of space for guests to bring their own tents, caravans/campervans. We charge £20 p/pitch which can be booked online or payment can be made on arrival.

If camping, all guests must depart by 12:00pm the day after your celebration. If you have chosen to clean the site yourselves then all rubbish/empty bottles must be appropriately disposed of in the bins provided.

There is cold running water on site in various locations. Our luxury mobile toilet unit is predominantly for use on the day of the main event so if there are more than 10 guests camping on the Friday night then it will be necessary to hire in an additional unit. Notification must be given well in advance if this is necessary.

Please drive slowly and carefully on the site and park in the designated car park. Please take great care when entering & leaving the site and respect the nearby village of White Colne by being courteous and quiet when leaving the venue. 

Dogs and other animals are only allowed with prior permission given.
