How do we find the venues?

Please note, that if you intend to arrive after 17:00 please inform us in advance.

Can we store food anywhere?

We have a fully equipped kitchen for food and beverage storage and refrigeration. The camp kitchen includes: 2 gas ovens / coal drum BBQ / 5 fridges / clay pizza oven / glassware & crockery for 40 guests / kettle / toaster / pots & pans / kitchen utensils.

Are pets allowed?

Yes with prior approval. There is a £30 additional charge and the usual rules apply. Please clear up any mess, and ensure your pet is well behaved; it is your responsibility to ensure they do not harm another animal nor person onsite.

What if we need to cancel?

Please refer to our cancellation terms.

Can we have a campfire?

There are designated fire bowls with grills which you can use for a small campfire and/or BBQ.  There is also a large communal coal BBQ near the kitchen that can be used. Please note, we do not supply coal for the BBQs so please ensure you bring this with you. No other fires are allowed on the site. If you would like to use a disposable BBQ please ensure you lay bricks underneath to avoid burning the grass. In the event of an uncontrolled fire, please refer to our brochure for the relevant fire procedure.

Do we need to bring firewood?

You are welcome to bring your own. Firewood bags can be purchased onsite for £6.50 per bag. Just bring firelighters and charcoal if you want to have a BBQ.

Is the venue secure?

Teybrook Orchard is very secure. We have electric gates that are closed between guests arriving, and staff are always close by in case there is a problem. The site is part of our family farm.

Waste & Rubbish

Bins are provided at the venue so please make sure you use them. Please do not drop litter, respect the site and treat our facilities with care.

Recycling

Please make use of the recycling facilities provided. We have recycling bins for glass, food and general waste. Please note that our general waste is collected by CSH Environmental who have a state-of-the-art recycling centre where all your general waste is sorted and recycled.

Age Restrictions

We do not accept bookings from unaccompanied adults aged 18 or under.

Can we arrive by train?

Yes, trains run from Liverpool Street every half an hour and take approximately 50 mins to our nearest station which is Marks Tey. This station is approximately a 10 minute drive from the Teybrook Orchard glampsite. Please note, it is necessary to pre-book a taxi.

Car Parking

There is car parking next to the site. We encourage you to share lifts where possible.  No vehicles to be driven onto the site.
