We have hand selected a list of fantastic suppliers, who offer a range of catering options from formal wedding breakfasts, to festival food trucks to suit all tastes! We would encourage you to use our prefered caterers, but if you have another supplier in mind we would be happy to discuss this with you further.

Browning Bros provides in-house bar services. Please see our bar packages for more information. The bar remains open until midnight.

music policy

Daytime: Non-amplified musicians (e.g., guitarists or string quartets) or a playlist through our venue's PA system.
Evening 7 pm-11 pm: DJ or playlist through venue Zone Array Sound System in the marquee.
From 11 p.m. onwards, guests can enjoy light background music (speaker provided by Browning Bros.) from the campfire. Please be respectful of noise levels.

Accommodation

Tey Brook Orchard is a magical place with ten unique woodland dwellings. Among them are four charming bell tents, four cosy yurts, a quaint shepherd’s hut, and a rustic grain silo. There’s also a Farmhouse and Summerhouse.

Each tent has a double bed and additional mattress beds for extra guests, along with bedside tables, full bedding, and bath towels. All have a basic power supply for lighting and USB phone charging only. The Orchard Wash House has full-length mirrors and plug sockets for electrical appliances like hair dryers. Additionally, there is a camp kitchen available for guests to use.

  • Rafiki & Mufassa – 1 double bed, plus up to 4 singles

  • Keep the party going with one of our preferred DJs (available from 5pm - 11pm, or earlier if you want to get the vibes started sooner). We’ll provide the DJ stand and disco lights. Want something more personal? You can also hook up your own playlist to our speakers—no extra charge!

  • Don’t fancy cleaning up? Do a runner, and we’ll handle the mess! Or, if you’re feeling responsible, leave the site as you found it—just separate your rubbish into general waste and glass, bag it up, and we’ll call it a day.

  • Want to dial up the festival vibes? We’ve got 6 bright, bold flags that’ll have your guests feeling like they’ve stepped into a boho wonderland.

  • Get your guests mingling with a bit of friendly competition. Get in touch for the full list of lawn games to keep the good times rolling.

  • Hire in hay bales for extra seating to create a hay bale sofa or pretty circles on the lawn - £3 per bale.

The woodland ceremony area, marquee, yurts and stream felt magical. Holly went above and beyond, always available, making the day run smoothly.     After searching high and low for something less “stuffy” , we instantly fell in love with this absolute gem. The space is beautiful, well cared for, and even though it's outdoors, it still had such a cosy, intimate vibe — exactly what we were hoping for.     Absolutely perfect - The whole team at Browning Bros. were fantastic throughout the entire experience. From Holly who was a brilliant planner and coordinator to our event to the staff who went to every length to ensure our day went super smoothly. The venue was immaculately prepared, the suppliers recommended by Browning Bros. were all super high quality and a joy to work with (Including Trott and Whinny, Fox and Braces, The Hungry Plaice and Spotlight Ceremonies). Browning Bros. were super adaptable to working with our own acoustic band (The Woodcutters) as well and helped make our day even more stress free and enjoyable. Accommodation for ourselves and our guests was setup on time, the Orchard was a perfect venue for our friends with their own tents and vans too.

    We found Teybrook Orchard after searching for family run venues and instantly fell in love when we met Becky. We wanted somewhere with personality that we could make our own, and it was perfect. Despite torrential rain, Gill made sure nothing stopped the day, and our last minute ceremony under the stretch tent was beautiful. As the sun came out, guests explored and relaxed.
