Glamping Terms & Conditions
If you have any additional questions or are unsure about anything please get in touch with us.
Payments
For individual and wedding glamping bookings we ask for full payment upfront. This payment is non-refundable except in special circumstances (please get in touch for more information). For group glamping bookings and exclusive hire of the venues, we ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit. For group bookings (3+ tent bookings) we ask for the full balance to be paid 60 days prior to your stay. For group bookings made within 60 days, we ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit with the remaining balance paid within 14 days of the deposit amount being paid.
Cancellations
Once the holiday is booked the guest has entered into a legally binding contract. For individual and wedding glamping bookings the full payment is non-refundable and non-transferable except in certain situations (please get in touch for more information). For group glamping bookings and exclusive hire of the venues, our 20% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
For individual and wedding bookings, we kindly ask for the full balance to be paid on booking at which point we are unable to offer a refund, and for group bookings this is 60 days before. Therefore, in order to cover unforeseen circumstances, we would strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover any spent cost should you have to cancel for any reason outside your control.
In the unlikely event that Browning Bros. have to evacuate the site (due to inclement weather for example) or cancel the camping for any reason outside our control we shall offer a full refund or credit against a future stay. Browning Bros. is not liable for any consequential loss that may be incurred by the guest due to these circumstances.
Browning Bros. are not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event they are prevented from fulfilling your booking as a result of circumstances beyond their control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events (“Force Majeure”). We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this.
Refunds
In the event of leaving early (for any reason), no refunds will be given. Your booking is a legally binding contract and in the event of cancellation or curtailment no refund will be given. This also applies to weather conditions, if you choose to cancel your booking due to weather, a refund will not be offered.

Great British Weather
Camping in Britain can mean unpredictable weather. Whilst we supply certain facilities and equipment, it is still camping and you are responsible for your own well being and comfort regarding appropriate clothing and footwear etc. Be aware the tents are cotton canvas and in prolonged and heavy rain the tents may leak. Please keep windows and doors to the tents closed during rainfall to avoid water getting in. Browning Bros. cannot be held responsible for poor weather conditions during your stay.
