TEY BROOK ORCHARD
THE WHIMSICAL WOODLANDSet within a canopy of ancient trees, Tey Brook Orchard is an intimate sanctuary for an enchanted woodland escape. The site features a boho marquee and a rustic woodland kitchen complete with a bar area and pizza oven.
Beyond the luxury glamping units, the Pool House and Farm House provide elegant accommodation for family and friends. It’s a space designed for immersive celebrations where the forest becomes your home.
For parties of up to 120.

CHALKNEY WATER MEADOWS
THE LAKESIDE VISTAFor those seeking scale and serenity, Chalkney Water Meadows offers breathtaking views across the water to the tree line beyond. The site features three giant Kata tipis, and a camp kitchen complete with a bar area and pizza oven.
The site also has a unique collection of lakeside cabins. Along with the luxury glamping meadow, it provides a sophisticated setting for a grand, romantic festival by the water’s edge.
For parties of up to 200.

Cait and Brett
We had our wedding at Chalkney at the start of June and we had the best day/weekend! We loved the natural, relaxed setting, and it was such a great venue for maximising time with our family and friends, and so gorgeous in the sunshine. We also booked the two cabins, which were lovely. Holly and team were brilliant - clearly very experienced and really friendly, easygoing and helpful. Everyone had a brilliant time, it was such a happy day. We’d love to do it all again!

Donna and Archie
We had the most incredible wedding at Chalkney Water Meadows. It's the perfect place to be creative and create the wedding of your dreams. The staff were extremely accommodating and flexible and as excited as us about creating the perfect day. We hired the log cabins and Bell tents as accommodation for us and guests and it will forever be the most unique special memories we hold. I'd recommend this venue 100%.

Carla and Matt
We had the most magical wedding day at Chalkney Water Meadows. We fell in love with the venue on our first visit on a cold January morning, and almost 9 months later, it turned out to be everything we had dreamed of. We worked closely with our Event Manager Meg, who was a star. The staff on the day were unbelievable, our guests booked the lodges fantastic and over 40 bell tents. The feedback we’ve had from everyone just prove how wonderful it all was! We would recommend the venue and the team to anyone looking for their dream day.

We had our wedding here at Chalkney on the 26.08.23 and I just want to say it was honestly the greatest day of our lives, the staff were absolutely incredible, from the lead up to the wedding right up until the day. Claire and Dan
We had always wanted an outdoor wedding, and if that’s you, then Browning Bros is the place to do it!! The venue is beautiful, big, and well looked after. We stayed in one of their cabins, which was also perfect. We chose Chalkney Water Meadows as it has the wow factor! Guests all commented on how lovely this venue is. The team is very laid-back (which on the day is what we needed). The bar staff are amazing, a real asset to the team. We highly recommend Browning Bros & Chalkney.

Taylor & Byron
Our experience from first enquiry with Holly to after our wedding was fantastic. Married at Teybrook Orchard 7/6/25, the venue has an ethereal charm. The woodland ceremony area, marquee, yurts and stream felt magical. Holly went above and beyond, always available, making the day run smoothly. I had a disability flare and she supported me throughout, helping create intimate, treasured moments. Our guests are still talking about it. We can’t thank her or Browning Brothers enough. Truly magical.

From our first visit we fell in love with Teybrook Orchard. The tree lined setting and woodland ceremony area felt truly magical. The Browning Bros team were so kind and supportive in bringing our ideas to life. Holly was brilliant throughout planning, and Nat ensured everything ran smoothly on the day. Our festival style wedding was exactly as we’d hoped. Guests loved it, the venue was beautiful, and recommended suppliers were excellent. We couldn’t be happier.

Beth and Dom
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience.
After searching high and low for something less “stuffy” , we instantly fell in love with this absolute gem. The space is beautiful, well cared for, and even though it's outdoors, it still had such a cosy, intimate vibe — exactly what we were hoping for. Being able to stay the night before meant we could set up at our own pace and spend some lovely quality time with our family. It really set the tone for the relaxed, joyful day that followed. The wedding itself was a total dream from start to finish. We had so many compliments. From how gorgeous the venue was to how amazing the bar staff and cocktails were (seriously, 10/10)! -

Anna and Chloe
We got married at Browning Bros – Teybrook Orchard in September and WOW. After viewing more formal venues, we instantly fell in love with the relaxed, creative and inclusive feel here. Meg showed us round and the whole team were brilliant. The booking and planning process was easy, and the recommended suppliers were great. The weekend itself was perfect, so flexible and fun, with everything taken care of. Our guests are still saying it was the best wedding they’ve been to. Huge thanks to Meg, Holly and the amazing bar team.

Absolutely perfect - The whole team at were fantastic throughout . The venue was immaculately prepared, the suppliers recommended by Browning Bros. were all super high quality and a joy to work with (Including Trott and Whinny, Fox and Braces, The Hungry Plaice and Spotlight Ceremonies). Browning Bros. were super adaptable to working with our own acoustic band (The Woodcutters) as well and helped make our day even more stress free and enjoyable. Accommodation for ourselves and our guests was setup on time, the Orchard was a perfect venue for our friends with their own tents and vans too.

WOW. I truly cannot put into words how amazing our wedding was. From booking two years ago to the final moments, the team were incredible. Gill, I now consider you family. Through every stress, every change of plan, you supported us and nothing was ever too much. Your dedication and calm meant everything. Sarah and James
We found Teybrook Orchard after searching for family run venues and instantly fell in love when we met Becky. We wanted somewhere with personality that we could make our own, and it was perfect. Despite torrential rain, Gill made sure nothing stopped the day, and our last minute ceremony under the stretch tent was beautiful. As the sun came out, guests explored and relaxed. Becky, Gill, Nat and the whole team were wonderful. We’d recommend Teybrook to anyone. You won’t regret it.
